Consent for Collection, Verification, Processing, and Sharing of Business and Personal Data

We, [Name of the Contractor / Entity], (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" , represented by our authorized directors/owners/signatories, hereby provide our explicit, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent and declaration in accordance with the terms set out below:

1. Accuracy and Truthfulness of Information By submitting this application: we (the applicant business and its authorised directors/owners) confirm that all information provided business details, director and owner details, and bank account details is true, complete, and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
2. Authorization for Verification and Document Generation: We authorise ARTHUM and its partners to use the details we have provided to verify our identity and business, to generate statements, salary slips, Provident Fund (PF), and other compliance documentation, and to assess eligibility for financial products we may apply for in the future.
3. We authorize the Company to collect, verify, and process the following categories of data (collectively referred to as "Contractor Data"):
   • Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration details, returns, and filing history.
   • Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including PAN, Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, or any other government issued identification of the entity, its promoters, partners, directors, or authorized signatories .
   • Legal sanctity and constitution documents, including Partnership Deeds, Certificate of Incorporation, Udhyam Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MoA), Articles of Association (AoA), and board resolutions and any other documents amended thereafter.
   • Financial and banking data, including bank statements, transaction histories, and credit reports.
   • Operational data, including manpower deployment details, payroll records, and service histories.
3. Consent for Fetching Records from Government and Regulatory Sources: We consent to ARTHUM fetching and validating our records from government and regulatory sources (including GST, NSDL/PAN, and UIDAI/Aadhaar) for verification purposes, and to storing this information securely in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. We understand that providing a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for identity capture and verification under the structured framework of the applicable rules along with Income-tax Rules, 2026.
5. Bank Account Linking and Wallet Operations: We agree that the bank account linked to our wallet will be used for salary disbursements, settlements, and, where applicable, the disbursement of any loan or advance availed through lending partners of ARTHUM. We confirm and warrant that the linked bank account is active, valid, and registered in the name of the Applicant Business or its authorized representative.
6. Account Security and Login Credentials: We understand that our login credentials will be issued to us on successful verification, that we are responsible for keeping them confidential, and that all activity under our account is our responsibility. We shall immediately notify ARTHUM of any unauthorized access or security breach.
7. We understand and agree that the Contractor Data will be processed strictly for the following specific and lawful purposes:
   • Onboarding and Registration: To onboard the Contractor onto the Company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and loan facilitation platform with multiple lenders.
   • Verification and Compliance: To verify the legal sanctity, tax compliance (GST), and identity of the Contractor.
   • Data Analysis and Profiling: To analyze the Contractor's financial health, operational capacity, and transaction history on the ERP platform to assess business viability.
   • Loan Facilitation and Pre-Approved Offers: To share the analysed data and documents with partner banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions to evaluate creditworthiness and facilitate pre-approved loan offers or credit facilities.
8. We explicitly consent to the sharing of our Contractor Data with:
   • Partner financial institutions, banks, and NBFCs for the purpose of credit appraisal, loan underwriting, and facilitation of credit offers.
   • Third-party service providers, cloud service providers, and downstream data processors engaged by the Company to facilitate platform operations, data analysis, or communication. The Company shall ensure that all such downstream processors are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data and process it strictly for the authorized purposes.
9. Right to Withdraw Consent We acknowledge that we have the right to withdraw this consent at any time :
   • The withdrawal of consent can be initiated by sending a written request to the Company's designated Grievance Officer/ Support mail id or through the consent management interface on the ERP platform.
   • Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, the Company shall cease processing the Contractor Data for the specified purposes and instruct all downstream processors and third-party financial institutions to immediately stop processing the same .
   • We understand that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
   • We further acknowledge that if consent is withdrawn, the Company may not be able to continue providing certain services, including platform access, data analysis, or loan facilitation.
10. We agree to Arthum's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in full, and confirm we are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the business.
11. We acknowledge that any misrepresentation or submission of false details may attract statutory penalties and prosecution under applicable laws.
